TGIF, friends! Here we are with look numero dos for Valentine's Day. In case you missed my first one, you can catch up here. I also posted men's and women's gift guides.
For this look, I wanted it to be something that was super versatile. This look is perfect for a day date, dinner, brunch, shopping, an activity, literally any date. I bought this sweater last year from Target and I found this one that's beyond similar this year from Target. I was so excited when I saw they came out with such a similar option. If I'm telling the truth, when I saw it in the store I almost grabbed it because I saw the white first. I had to stop myself from buying it. I have a problem, and I'm willing to admit it. I just might not be willing to fix it!
I had a long conversation with one of my best friends, Ali, a few weeks ago about Valentine's Day. The very first V-Day 'experience' I had was when I was 14. My 'boyfriend' broke up with my on Valentine's Day, breaking my heart, and making me cry. You know how it is when you're that age, the world ends when the boy you like breaks your heart. Then later that day, he dropped a dozen roses off at my house to apologize and get back together with me. I later found out that he only broke up with me because he had a coupon for flowers and thought it'd be a good way to apologize. BOYS! What a way to start out dating for me. Ali and I laughed for so long about that, and then proceeded to talk about the rest of the bad dates I've been on throughout the years. I have some pretty funny and terrible dating stories. Maybe I'll sprinkle some in for you guys here and there.
I hope you have a great weekend and a safe Superbowl Sunday!
